Instructions for Presenters

Oral presentations

The time allocated to oral presentation is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Please make yourself known to the session chair at least 15 minutes before your session starts, so that you can copy your presentation onto the computer in the room. If you need other equipment than a computer and beamer, or plan to use presentations in other formats than PowerPoint or PDF, please contact the local organizers well in advance by sending an e-mail to: hlt2022@tilde.lv.

Poster presentations

The presentation of the posters will be twofold:
- A 2-minute presentation of each poster will be done in a dedicated plenary session;
- Posters will be displayed on panels and classical poster sessions will allow for parallel discussions.

Posters should be of A0 size portrait.
